Installation Instructions

  1. It is necessary to install the English version of Visual Studio 2010 Professional (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/securedownloads/default.aspx?pv=18:370:---:en:---) before installing the Language Packs.
  2. Visual Studio 2010 Language Packs do not include .NET Framework 4 Language Packs. The .NET Framework 4 Language Packs need to be installed separately.
  3. Install the Visual Studio 2010 Professional Language Packs by running:
    1. vs_prolp.exe (Visual Studio IDE Language Pack (x86 & x64))
    2. HelpSetupLP_x86_lang.exe (Microsoft Help Viewer 1.0 Language Pack (x86)) or HelpSetupLP_x64_lang.exe (Microsoft Help Viewer 1.0 Language Pack (x64))
