Test controller and test agent in Agents for Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 can be used for load testing, automated testing in XAML build workflows, running automated tests using Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) and for managing lab environments using Visual Studio Lab Management.

Support for Visual Studio 2013 is only provided on this current update, which is considered the Visual Studio 2013 Service Pack.
